Serbia - Cyprus 2-1 (U-21)

The very good performance and the hard effort, were not enough for Cyprus U-21 National team to avoid the away defeat by Serbia.

2-1 was the result for the Serbians, in a game for the 9th preliminary group of U-21 UEFA Championship. 

In the 38th minute Thalassitis hit the woodwork for the Cyprus team and 3 minutes later, Milounovic scored for the home team. 

A second one by Milounovic made it 2-0 for Serbians in the 47th minute. 

Andreas Kyriakou scored for Cyprus with a header in the 65th minute and the 2-1, was the final score. 

Petkovic for Serbia (66') and Laifis for Cyprus (78') were sent off.
